Membership updates: new payment plan, improved interface, and plan management tools

We’ve introduced the Annual (paid monthly) plan for more flexibility, updated prepaid pricing, and improved plan management in the Client Portal.

What’s New:

  1. New Annual plan (Paid monthly)
    We’ve introduced a new Annual plan (Paid monthly) designed to give you the benefits of an annual membership with more financial flexibility. Now, you can start at $45/month, become Squareshot’s member, and benefit:

    • Lower upfront cost. Get all the perks of an annual plan without a large one-time payment.

    • Budget flexibility. Spread out costs with predictable monthly installments.

    • Scalable growth. Maintain consistent content production without budget constraints.

    Note:
    We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel your Annual (paid monthly) plan anytime through the Client Portal. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If canceled early, a reduced cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance applies. Any unpaid amount will be added to your account balance, which can be settled later before purchasing new services. Full details are in our Terms of Use.​

  2. Slight pricing adjustments
    We've slightly adjusted the prices of our Annual (prepaid) and 6-month (prepaid) plans.

    For Annual (prepaid) plan changes are:

    • Starter: $495 > $480

    • Growth: $2,450 > $2,340

    • Enterprise: $7,450 > $7,500


    For 6-Month (prepaid) plan changes are:

    • Starter: $350 > $360

    • Growth: $1,750 > $1,770

    • Enterprise: No changes

  3. Improved plan management in the Client Portal:

    • Purchased plans now appear immediately in your Client Portal.

    • Easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime in your Client Portal.

  4. Now, Membership gives discounts for Per-hour shoots:

    • Catalog shoots: 10-30% depending on the plan

    • Creative & Model shoots: 5-15% depending on the plan.

  5. Image Delivery & Retouching speed updates:

    • Standard, Expedited, and Rush turnaround times are now the same for all plans. Growth & Enterprise members can choose Expedited turnaround time for free.

    • Image delivery speed options do not apply to Per-hour shoots. Instead, there is a Retouching speed, which starts after image selection. This usually happens on the shoot day, and it could be improved by selecting Expedited and Rush retouching speeds in the Shoot Request form.

  6. Website interface update:
    Membership plans can now be found by navigating to ‘Pricing’ in the navbar. As well as top Add-ons, Per-image, and Per-hour services. All in one page.


  7. Updated Terms of Use:
    We’ve added new sections about membership plans. Check out our updated Terms of Use for details.

  • Flexible pricing options.
    Choose a plan that fits your budget and workflow, whether you prefer to pay upfront or in monthly installments.

  • Seamless plan management.
    Easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership anytime through the Client Portal—no hassle, no delays.

  • Faster retouching when you need it.
    For Per-hour shoots, retouching starts right after you select your final images. If you need them sooner, choose the Expedited or Rush options to speed up delivery.
