Both remote and in-studio approval sessions are scheduled in advance for effective communication. If you can't attend the session on WhatsApp or fail to appear in the studio at the appointed time, we may reschedule it based on our availability. However, a rescheduling fee will be charged if notice is given less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the start. A no-show fee will be charged if the notice is given less than 2 hours before the start or not given at all.

Consistent failure to attend approval sessions on-shoot or delays in responding to messages can lead to additional late and no-show fees, as well as project completion delays. We highly recommend proactive communication to avoid these issues.
