Membership gives you lower rates on product & model images, faster image delivery, and no minimum order for product shots. It’s a one-time payment except for an "Annual, paid monthly" plan. No auto-charges. Renew anytime.

1. Plans & Billing terms

  1. Annual Prepaid Plan.

    • Billed once per year at the then-current annual rate (e.g., Starter: $480/year; Growth: $2,340/year; Enterprise: $7,500/year).

    • No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription ends automatically at the conclusion of the 12-month period unless you choose to renew.

  2. 6-Month Prepaid Plan.

    • Billed once for a 6-month period at the then-current rate (e.g., Starter: $360 for 6 months; Growth: $1,770 for 6 months; Enterprise: $5,250 for 6 months).

    • No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription ends automatically after 6 months unless you choose to renew.

  3. Annual Plan (Paid Monthly).

    • Billed on a monthly basis at the then-current monthly rate (e.g., Starter: $45/month; Growth: $225/month; Enterprise: $675/month).

    • Annual Commitment: By selecting this plan, you agree to maintain your subscription for the full 12-month term.

  4. Payment Methods.

    • You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) at the time of purchase.

    • All payments are due in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

  5. Late or Failed Payments.

    • If your payment is late or fails (e.g., declined credit card), we may immediately suspend or terminate access to your services until the issue is resolved.

    • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and valid.


2. Cancellation and Early Termination

  1. Annual Prepaid Plan

    • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time.

    • Refunds: If you request a refund, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which deducts any discounts you received on services already utilized under your membership. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

    • Service Continuation: Your plan remains active until the end of the prepaid 12-month term unless you choose to end service sooner.

  2. 6-Month Prepaid Plan

    • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time.

    • Refunds: If you request a refund, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. This policy deducts any discounts you received on services already utilized under your membership. You will be refunded any remaining balance.

    • Service Continuation: Your plan remains active until the end of the prepaid 6-month term unless you choose to end service sooner.

  3. Annual Plan (Paid Monthly)

    • Early Cancellation: If you cancel before the 12-month term is complete, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value. For example, if you cancel after 6 months, you owe 50% of the monthly fees for the remaining 6 months.

    • Notice of Cancellation: To cancel your Annual Plan (Paid Monthly), you must do so through the Client Portal in your Squareshot account. Once you submit your cancellation request, your membership will end at the conclusion of the current billing period. We will then promptly issue an invoice with a cancellation fee under the Early Termination terms. No additional refunds apply to the monthly fees already paid unless otherwise required by law or specified in our Refund Policy.

    • Unpaid Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation fee remains unpaid after its due date, the outstanding amount will be added to your account balance, which will be visible in your Client Portal. This balance must be paid in full before purchasing or utilizing any additional services.


3. Refund and Proration Policies

We provide refunds for Membership plans, excluding the amount that Squareshot provided as a discount for all services utilized by the client within the Membership plan.

Example: The client purchased a Starter Membership Plan for $500 and ordered 30 flat-lay apparel images. The total invoice for the order is $1,350 ($50 * 30 - 10% discount). The client is dissatisfied with the delivered images and has requested a membership refund. The refund amount is calculated as follows: Membership price - Discount within the membership = Refund amount. $500 - $150 (10% discount for 30 images, $5 * 30) = $350. The total refund for this case will be $350.
