For new clients
When signing up for a Squareshot account, you'll be prompted to select your preferred communication method. WhatsApp is now available as an option alongside Email and Phone calls.
For existing clients
If you already have a Squareshot account, you can easily update your communication preferences:
Log in to your Squareshot account.
Navigate to Settings.
Select Preferred Communication Method.
Choose WhatsApp from the available options.
Save your changes.
