If you have asked for test images to be taken, they are not included in the turnaround time because they take place before the invoice is sent out. Keep in mind that the tests may take 3-5 business days (depending on the complexity of the shoot and how soon you provide feedback).

Order turnaround time is calculated from 9:00 a.m. on the next business day after we receive your products and payment. 

Order turnaround time may vary and depends on the product category, quality, and specific aspects of the product. 

Any edits/revisions made after the order has been completed and the images sent are not included in the total order turnaround time.

Order turnaround time is standardized across all studios, but it may increase due to the high volume of orders in some locations.
