The Squareshot Affiliate Program rewards businesses and individuals who refer new clients to Squareshot. Unlike our referral program, the affiliate program is designed for partners who work with non-Squareshot prospects or make larger-scale referrals.
Who is it for?
The affiliate program is a great fit for:
Brand development and design agencies
Business incubators
Influencers
Businesses offering adjacent services (e.g. marketing, warehousing, or manufacturing companies)
Commission Structure
As an affiliate, you earn a cash commission on every order placed by a client you refer:
10% from the referred client's first order
5% from all subsequent orders placed within 12 months of the referral
The commission is calculated on photography services, retouching services, and any additional services included in the order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a referral commission, the following conditions must be met:
The referred business must be a new prospect — not already in contact with Squareshot or having an existing business relationship with us.
You must have completed all required tax documentation and submitted your payment details before any commission can be processed. We should have a valid affiliate agreement signed.
Orders placed directly from your own account do not qualify as referrals.
Affiliate membership benefits are not transferable to the referred client.
You may be included in project communication, but primary communication should be conducted directly by the referred client.
Payment Terms
Commission payments are made within 30 business days after Squareshot receives full payment for the referred project and it receives final approval.
