Why didn't I receive my email notifications?

If you’re not seeing emails from us, it’s usually due to one of the reasons below. Here’s how to quickly identify and resolve the issue.

1. You may be logged in with a different email address

If you’ve used more than one email, notifications may be going to a different inbox.

  • Check the email listed in your Client Portal under My account → Profile

  • If you’re unsure which email was used, your Account Manager can confirm it for you

2. You may have unsubscribed from our emails

If the email address is correct but messages still aren’t coming through, it’s possible the address was unsubscribed.

  • Reach out to our team, and we’ll remove the unsubscription so notifications resume as expected

3. Check your Spam or Promotions folders

Some email providers automatically filter messages.

  • Search your inbox for “Squareshot”

  • Check Spam, Promotions, or other filtered folders

  • If you find our emails there, mark them as “Not spam” or move them to your primary inbox

4. Email delivery may be delayed

In some cases, email providers delay delivery.

  • Emails can occasionally take up to a few hours to arrive

  • If delays happen consistently, your email provider may need to review their filtering or delivery settings
