What's new:
1. Updated terms for Additional Models
At Squareshot, our standard per-image and per-hour model shoots include one model in the base price. Whether you provide your own model or choose a Squareshot model, the cost covers either model.
Need to add more models to your shoot? Here's how it works:
Additional Squareshot models. Adding extra models from our model pool will incur an additional fee (check more details here). This applies to models available in our pool and those sourced through our casting service. If none of the models in our pool match your requirements, you can request an additional casting to find the perfect fit.
Client-provided models. You can bring in one extra model at no extra charge.
Important Note
If your shoot requires more than two models, please mention it in the Brief. This allows us to factor the extra model into the shoot logistics. In some cases, we may recommend adding a Production Coordinator to keep things on schedule, which would incur an additional fee.
2. Productized Usage Rights fees
Now, we have clear Usage Rights fees depending on various factors.
Squareshot retains full copyright and intellectual property rights for all images produced. Your usage rights depend on the model type, booking time, and project type when purchasing model images or booking a model shoot.
Usage rights apply to all recognizable models, meaning any model whose face is visible in the images. We include 6 months of usage rights at no additional cost. If you need to extend these rights beyond the initial period, you can do so for an additional fee:
