Our New York studio will be on pause for production between September 8 and 11. During this time, we won’t be processing or shooting projects, but our team will still be available to accept deliveries.
Effective dates
These changes will take effect on September 8–11, 2025.
How it affects you:
Projects will not be shot or processed during these dates.
Deliveries can still be received, but will be logged starting September 12.
We won’t be able to arrange drop-off or pick-up appointments during this time.
Orders paid before September 3 will follow the usual turnaround time* if production can be completed ahead of the break.
Projects delivered on September 3–5 will be processed, but the turnaround will begin on September 12 (provided payment is completed).
Projects delivered between September 8 and 11 will be logged and processed starting from September 12.
If you need images sooner, you can ship items to our LA studio.
*Turnaround is subject to project scope and capacity prior to September 8.
