Product images
Unlimited usage rights:
Included with every product image purchase.
Use the images indefinitely across all marketing, sales, and advertising channels.
Squareshot retains ownership and may use images for portfolio, social media, or advertising.
You can request up to a 3-month publishing delay for our portfolio, social media, or advertising.
Buy-Out:
Purchase full copyright for an additional 100% of the image cost.
Grants you complete ownership and restricts Squareshot from publishing the images.
Model images
Squareshot model (Recognizable*):
6-Month Usage Rights: Included with each image purchase.
Squareshot retains ownership and may use images for promotional purposes.
Request up to a 3-month publishing delay if needed.
Use images commercially and online for up to 6 months.
Extended Usage Rights: Available on demand, rate provided per project.
Buy-Out: Full copyright available at a project-specific rate, restricts Squareshot from publishing the images.
Squareshot model (Unrecognizable**)
Follow the same licensing terms as Product Images: Unlimited Usage Rights or Buy-Out.
Client's model
Clients must negotiate usage rights for non-Squareshot models directly.
