Rescheduling
Shoots can be rescheduled more than 24 hours before the shoot at no additional charge.
A $250 fee will be charged if the client reschedules less than 24 hours before the shoot.
A $500 fee for rescheduling less than 2 hours before the shoot will be applied.
If the client-contracted model(s) or brand representative is unable to join the remote or in-studio shoot within 2 hours without any notice or fails to show up, a no-show fee will be applied and the shoot will be automatically rescheduled without additional charges.
When a shoot is rescheduled, the turnaround time will increase by the number of days the shoot is delayed.

Cancellation
A refund will be issued if you cancel the shoot with a cancellation fee deducted.
A $250 fee will be charged if the client cancels more than 24 hours before the shoot.
A $500 fee will be charged if the client cancels less than 24 hours before the shoot.
If you cancel the project less than 2 hours before the shoot, we will withhold 100% of the order value. However, this will not exceed $1,000 for product shoots and $1,500 for model shoots.
