Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Changes

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We’ve made important updates to our cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late arrival policies to make them clearer and easier for you to navigate.

What’s Changed

  1. Separated Policies for Product and Model Shoots

    • Product shoot policies remain unchanged.

    • Model shoot policies have been updated to streamline timing options and clarify fees.

  2. Simplified Timing Options for Model Shoots

We’ve narrowed the change windows to three clear tiers:

  • More than 24 hours before the shoot

  • Less than 24 hours before the shoot

  • When the shoot starts

3. Fee Updates

  • Cancellation and rescheduling fees for model shoots are now calculated as a percentage of the total model shoot cost.

  • A visual breakdown of timing and fees is included to simplify the policies.

Product Shoots

Per-Image Projects

  • Before payment: Cancel anytime for free.

  • Within 24 hours after payment: Full refund minus payment system fees.

  • After 24 hours of payment, a $250 cancellation fee applies.

Per-Hour Product Shoots

Per-hour shoots are more complex — they involve reserving a studio slot, scheduling a crew, and coordinating your remote or in-person approval.

For these projects, our cancellation and rescheduling terms follow a structured timeline. Please review the image below to understand how fees apply depending on when changes are made:

Model Shoots

Due to the added complexity of booking talent, studios, and crew, model shoots follow a separate structure:

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

No-Show

Defined as failing to appear within 2 hours of the scheduled shoot time without notice.

  • Product shoots: $500 no-show fee

  • Model shoots: 50% of the model project cost

Late Arrival

Defined as the client arriving up to 2 hours late. In such cases, the following options apply:

  • Extend the shoot time (additional hourly fees apply)

  • Deliver fewer final images within the remaining time

Delays exceeding 2 hours are considered a no-show.

Why These Changes Matter

These updates help us maintain fairness, plan efficiently, and give you the flexibility you need, while ensuring that studio time, models, and crew are used effectively.
