Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms for Product Shoots

Policy that explains terms and fees for any timing changes

Updated over 10 months ago

When it comes to planning your shoot, we understand that changes can happen. Whether you're booking a per-image or a per-hour product shoot, our goal is to keep things clear and fair for both sides.

Here's how our cancellation and rescheduling policy works:

Per-Image Product Shoots

Per-image projects follow a flexible structure since they don’t require scheduled studio time or a crew on hold. Here's what applies:

  • Before Payment: You can cancel the request anytime without any charges.

  • Within 24 Hours After Payment: You can cancel your order with no service fees — we only deduct the payment system’s refund commission (typically under 5%).

  • After 24 Hours of Payment: A flat $250 cancellation fee applies. The rest of the project total will be refunded to your original payment method.

Per-Hour Product Shoots

Per-hour shoots are more complex — they involve reserving a studio slot, scheduling a crew, and coordinating your remote or in-person approval.

For these projects, our cancellation and rescheduling terms follow a structured timeline. Please review the image below to understand how fees apply depending on when changes are made:

Key Notes

  • Fees increase the closer we get to the shoot start time.

  • A no-show or late arrival can result in hourly fees or cancellation charges.

  • Once the shoot begins, cancellation is treated as a full forfeiture of the booking value (up to $1,000 for product shoots).

Note: Model shoot policies differ. You can view the model shoot policy here.
