Cancellation & Rescheduling terms for Model Shoots

Policy outlining the fees and terms for rescheduling or canceling model shoots

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Model shoot days involve a lot of moving parts — from model bookings and HMUA schedules to studio time and crew coordination. o keep things running smoothly, we follow a clear structure from start to finish.

How it works

This policy covers cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows, and the applicable fees depend on how far in advance the change is made.

The image below describes a full breakdown of the fees and timing requirements:

Key Notes

  • The closer we are to the shoot date, the higher the rescheduling or cancellation fees.

  • Once the shoot starts, cancellations are subject to a fee of 75% of the total model shoot cost.

  • A no-show results in a 50% fee.

  • Late arrivals may lead to fewer final images unless the shoot is extended (additional fees apply).

How to Avoid Extra Costs

To help avoid disruptions and unnecessary fees:

  • Confirm with a solid “YES” when we lock in the soft hold date after your invoice is paid.

  • Avoid last-minute changes by ensuring the shoot doesn’t conflict with other events in your schedule.

  • Let us know in advance if you foresee any risks (delays, team availability, etc.) — we’ll help you work out a backup plan.
