What happens if I don't respond promptly during remote approval?

We request a 15-minute response time for remote approval sessions involving the following scenarios:

  • If you don't respond within 15 minutes, we move forward to another shot. We'll be able to include your comments later. If it prolongs the expected shoot time, we'll use our extra time rates to send an additional invoice.

  • If you fail to continue the remote approval session til the end of the expected shoot time, we apply the no-show fee and reschedule the shoot.

We highly recommend proactive and prompt communication to achieve the best result possible.
