When you ship your products via a logistics provider, you’ll be provided with a tracking number. To ensure that your package is correctly matched to your project, we strongly advise to share the tracking number with our team in one of the following ways:
IN YOUR DASHBOARD
To do that you need to follow the steps below:
Log in to your account.
Make sure the first step of our workflow is done - the brief is submitted.
Locate and open the project in your dashboard:
Click the button “Add tracking” in the Shipping section.
Check if the project ID associated with the package is right and add a tracking number.
Click Confirm to finalize the step.

To do that follow the direct link to add a tracking number.

Log in to your Squareshot account if necessary.
Choose a project associated with the package you are shipping and add a tracking number.
Important note:
Squareshot isn’t responsible for packages and products prior to their delivery to our studio. Yet we can use tracking numbers to inform you in case it doesn’t arrive on the stated date and minimize chances of the package going missing.
