What to Know About Adding More Models to Your Shoot

Updated over 2 months ago

Thinking about using more than one model for your shoot? Whether you're combining your talent with ours or bringing your own entirely, here's what you need to know to build a smooth and efficient production.

What are my options?

  • Use a Squareshot model (included in pricing)

  • Bring your own model

  • Use both — one from Squareshot, one from your side (at no extra cost)

What to consider if you work with your Models

  • Every visiting model must sign our Terms of Conduct & Usage form before the shoot.

  • You’re responsible for making sure your model(s) arrive on time. Delays or no-shows may result in late or rescheduling fees.

  • All usage rights for non-Squareshot models must be handled directly between you and your talent.

How to combine Squareshot's and my models

If you book a model shoot with Squareshot's model, you can bring your own model at no extra charge. Here's how it works with our pricing:

  • Per-image pricing

For per-image model projects, the minimum order is 20 images, which includes one Squareshot model.

Example: If you're combining a Squareshot model with your own for a 20-image order, the total cost will be $195 × 20 = $3,900 (no extra charge for your model).

  • Per-hour pricing

For per-hour model projects, we start with a Half-day minimum, which includes 6-24 retouched images and one Squareshot model.

Example: If you're combining a Squareshot model with your own for a Half-day Model Shoot, the total cost will be $3,750 (no extra charge for your model).

Important notes

  • If you wish to have more than one Squareshot model in the shoot, it involves an add-on Additional model. Check pricing here.

  • If your shoot requires more than two models, please mention it in the Brief. This allows us to factor the extra model into the shoot logistics. In some cases, we may recommend adding a Production Coordinator to keep things on schedule, which would incur an additional fee.
