On-shoot approval is mandatory for Model projects (with Models involved) and Creative projects (with Stylists involved). It cannot be canceled, only rescheduled. Learn more about rescheduling terms.

For projects with Catalog* images, you can cancel the on-shoot approval session. However, please cancel at least 24 hours before the photo shoot. This will give us enough time to request additional details about the project since you won't be present to approve the images during the shoot. Requesting more details may cause project completion delays and increase the risk of potential revisions, which could be either free or paid. Please read our Revision Policy for more information.

*Catalog images are basic shots made on a white/grey background and are used for online stores or catalogs.

Note: Squareshot team can offer to cancel the approval. It can occur if our team estimates the project scope and assumes that there's no need for an additional on-shoot approval.
